The Children's Traffic City (traffic park) is located near the city center, along Valtakatu, next to the water tower, east of the roundabout.
The Traffic City is free for everyone and open year-round, but the pedal cars are available only during the summer time. Driving them is only allowed for children under the age of 12.
Pedal car driving in the Traffic City is available from June 2, 2025, to August 29, 2025.

Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
From June 30 to July 27 also open on Saturdays: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
During the pedal car season,there is a supervisor in the area who provides guidance on traffic rules and helps distribute pedal cars and assign driving turns. In the Traffic City, children are always under the responsibility of their parents, and young children must not be left alone in the area without a guardian.
